Shipping policy

 

Deliveries are handled by DHL Worldwide Express. 

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. 

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 6:00pm (with the exception of Italy public holidays).

The merchandise will be ready for dispatch 2-3 business day after the receipt of payment, when the product is available. In the event of any delay, we will notify you.

Please note the for deliveries in countries outside of Europe, the Import Duties are not included in the price indicated during checkout. The import duties must be paid by the customer the the courier service before delivery. Please check your local import duties in advance.

Orders made with pre-order will be shipped 2-3 business weeks after the order is placed.
