Refund policy

 

Returns

If you wish to return your item, you have 14 days starting from the delivery date of your order to request a return. Returns requests made 14 days after the delivery date will not be accepted. 

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, including all labels and brand dust bags. If anything is used, missing or damaged, your return will not be accepted and you might not receive a refund. 

We do not offer free returns, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

To request a return:

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to your orders

3. Under the right order, select the item you wish to return

4. Request a return

5. Print the return label

6. Place your item in its original packaging and place it in a shipping box

7. Attach the return label to the shipping box

8. The courier service will pick up your order on the selected date. 

Please note that you can only request a return from the delivery address you originally entered when you placed your order.

Custom order cannot be returned as they were specifically made per your request.

Final sale items cannot be returned.

If you believe that you have received a wrong, faulty or damaged item, please contact us on ludomoipretasortir@gmail.com with a detailed description of the problem and pictures of what you have received and pictures of the damage on the item you received.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, like change size or color of a previously ordered item, you need to request a return for the item you wish to exchange. Once the item is returned back to our office, and we verify that it complies with our return policy, you will be refunded for that item. Then you have to place a new order for the the desired item.

Pleas note that we do not offer free returns. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

 

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received back at our office, it may take up to 5 working days for us to process your return and verify that it complies with our return policy. Once your return is accepted your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the return shipping costs. 

Refunds might take 14 days to show on your account based on your payment provider.
